Lezlie Hodges
Lezlie controls our front office. She is responsible for scheduling and billing. She files claims and assist you with any questions you may have. As our administrative professional, Lezlie is your go to person, she is the smiling face and warm heart that welcomes you at the front desk to Peak Performance Physical Therapy. She was born and raised in Green River and getting to know people and adopting them into the Peak Family is her specialty, “once a part of the Peak Family, always a part of the Peak Family.”
